Indian style Macaroni Pasta is made of simple Indian spices like turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala along with little bit of Oregano to add more flavor.
HOW TO MAKE PASTA
Cook the pasta. In a pan, boil the water, add the macaroni pasta until it is submerged in water. Boil it till it is cooked, Once it is done, filter the water and add olive oil to the pasta to avoid sticking.
Saute the base ingredients. In a pan, add butter, garlic, saute it till it gets brown. Then add onion, capsicum, saute it for a few minutes.
Adding the spices and pasta. Add a little turmeric powder, red chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and garam masala then cook it for a few minutes. Finally, add the cooked pasta into the pan.
Garnishing step. Add mozzarella cheese and curry leaves(both are optional), mix it, sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
This pasta can be served with garlic bread as a lunch or dinner.

Cauliflower Green peas recipe – stir fry method
Ingredients
For Base Masala
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Cauliflower
- 1 cup Green peas pods
- 1 tsp Asafoetida
Spices
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
For Seasoning
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Optional
Instructions
- In a pan, add oil, Asafoetida, add cauliflower and green peas pods, add salt, cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Open the lid, and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Sauté it and cook it without the lid for 5 more minutes.
- Add coriander leaves(optional), Add little lemon juice.
