This Cauliflower green peas recipe is a simple vegetable dish made of a few Indian species in a pan using the stir fry method. It can be cooked in just about 10 minutes and can be served with roti or rice and lentils.

Oil
Cauliflower
Green peas pods
Asafoetida
Spice powders (Turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder)
Salt
Lemon juice
HOW TO MAKE CAULIFLOWER GREEN PEAS RECIPE
Cook the vegetables. In a pan, add oil, Asafoetida, add cauliflower, and green peas pods, add salt, cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Adding the spices. Open the lid, and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Sauté it and cook it without the lid for 5 more minutes.
Garnishing. Add coriander leaves(optional), Add little lemon juice.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve it with Roti or Rice as a side vegetable
TIPS
Cook without a lid after adding spices for a few minutes will make the vegetables more crunchy.

For Base Masala
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Cauliflower
- 1 cup Green peas pods
- 1 tsp Asafoetida
Spices
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder

For Seasoning
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Optional
