Instructions
In a Blender, Add grated coconut, roasted gram, curry leaves, green chillies, salt and water, blend it together
Transfer it to the bowl
In a separate pan, add oil, mustard seeds. Then add it to the chutney, give it a stir
Serve it with idly/dosa/upma
Notes
Do not use coconut oil while making coconut chutney since coconut might start releasing oil after Tadka.
